How long are sessions?
Depending on what we’re working on, sessions range from 45 minutes to 60 minutes.
Are you practicing by telehealth or in-person?
I offer sessions by both telehealth and in-person.
How does telehealth work?
Prior to our session, I will send you a link for a secure, private, and HIPAA-compliant meeting through Zoom. We will chat with both voice and video on that platform.
What should I expect in the first session?
In the first session, we’ll get to know each other. I’ll ask you questions about your current mental health, goals, and life circumstances. You’ll also have an opportunity to get to know me and ask me questions about my experience and approach.
Do you offer a complimentary consultation?
Yes, please feel free to contact me and we can chat by phone or video to see if it’s the right fit.
Are you accepting new clients?
Right now, no, but I do maintain a waitlist.
Do you have a patient portal?
Yes I do, I use SimplePractice as a tool for paperwork and payments: https://whitepinewellnessnj.clientsecure.me/
What is your mask policy?
Masks are optional in my office. I follow your lead, meaning that if you want to wear a mask, I will happily wear one as well. If you are comfortable being mask-free, then that is fine as well. I want you to feel safe and comfortable. The seating in my office allows for us to be six feet apart as well. I am vaccinated and boosted.
In what states do you provide telehealth?
I am licensed in New Jersey and Pennsylvania, so if you are physically in those states at the time of the telehealth appointment, I am legally able to meet with you. Certain states may have telehealth waivers; contact me and we can explore it together.
